Couplamatic Systems Inc., warrants that products sold by it will be free from defect in material and workmanship. In the event that claims are made with regard to defective materials or workmanship, Couplamatic Systems Inc. shall have the option to repair, replace, or grant a credit for product determined in it’s sole discretion to be defective at time of sale. The foregoing states Couplamatic Systems Inc. sole responsibility for breach of this warranty. In no event shall Couplamatic Systems Inc. be liable for consequential damages. 

All warranty claims shall be presented within thirty (30) days after the materials or workmanship defect is discovered and in addition will be honored only if presented within one year of date of purchase.  This warranty does not cover damage by accident, misuse, unusual abuse, or negligence.  

No other warranty, whether expressed or implied by operation of law or otherwise (including any warranty of merchantability, fitness, or performance), shall exist in connection with the sale or use of any product sold by Couplamatic Systems Inc.
