Couplamatic Systems Inc. is able to achieve our mission by following our core set of values related to the 4 main areas of our company.  

People - We realize our customers and employees are the source of our success.  Without customers, CSI would not exist.  Our employees are the driving force that allows all of our business units to function as one.   

Products - We strive to produce high quality products such as we would purchase if we were the customer.   

Facilities - Our facilities are the tools that allow Couplamatic Systems Inc. to grow and improve.  We encourage employees to utilize our facilities and  increase efficiency, thus allowing CSI to maintain our high valued product offerings.  

Service - CSI leads the industry in delivering what we promise.  We realize that if a customer orders a product, they want it immediately, not 2 weeks from now.  That is why we have structured our shipping department to ship 95% of our orders that same day.  And 99% of our orders ship complete with no back-orders.  We deliver our products as we would want products delivered to us.
